Our strategic plan serves as our roadmap for the future, guiding our decisions and priorities as we work to provide an exceptional Christ-centered education for your children. This year, we are seeking your input on four central initiatives that anchor this plan:

• Responsible and Sustainable Growth – Growing our programs and enrollment thoughtfully while maintaining the quality and character that define us.
• Faculty and Leadership Development – Investing in our educators and leaders so they can best serve your children and our school community.
• Strategic Stewardship – Managing our resources wisely and transparently to honor the trust you place in us.
