Dear Parents,

Here are a few reminders for the upcoming school year.  Please remember that in North Carolina there are certain immunizations that are required for all students starting Kindergarten, 7th grade, and 12th grade unless your student has a medical or religious exemption.  These immunizations must be completed within 30 days of school starting.  Please visit the link below for immunization requirements.

Also, if you would like your child to receive over-the-counter medications at school next year, please have your student’s medical provider fill out this form and return it to the nurse’s office at the beginning of the school year next year.
