Dear Middle School Families,

Due to the expected inclement weather tomorrow, January 10, 2025, I want to inform you that middle school students will be dismissed early at 12:25 p.m. I kindly ask that you make arrangements to pick up your child at that time, allowing all of our faculty and staff to return home safely as well.

I understand that everyone’s circumstances may differ. If you feel it is unsafe to send your child to school tomorrow, please know that all absences will be excused. Students who attend will receive lunch before dismissal, and we will still have all eight periods, though each will be shortened. For this reason, there is no need for your child to bring PE clothes. Additionally, please note that after-school care will not be available tomorrow.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. I hope you can enjoy some extra time at home and that you remain safe throughout the storm.

Dear High School Families,

In light of the predicted severe weather conditions, we are dismissing students early tomorrow, January 10, 2025, to ensure the safety of all our families. Students will be released at 12:25, and we kindly ask that you arrange to pick up your child or ensure their safe journey home.  All students will have the opportunity to eat lunch before they leave.

We pray for the safety and well-being of all our families during this time and will keep you updated if there are any further changes.  If, after assessing the situation, you would like to keep your child(ren) home tomorrow, there will be no academic penalties for any absences.
