Dear School Families,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to inform you that we have decided to change the date of our annual Fall Festival due to the expected bad weather. The safety and well-being of our students, staff, and families is our top priority, and we want to ensure that everyone can enjoy the festivities in a safe and comfortable environment.

The new date for the Fall Festival will be November 3, 2023. We believe that this change will provide us with better weather conditions and a more enjoyable experience for everyone. We apologize for any inconvenience that this change may cause, but we believe that it is in the best interest of all involved.

The time and location for the Fall Festival will remain the same, 3-6 p.m. on the GCS soccer field. We will still have all the fun activities, including games, food, and entertainment, that we had planned for the original date. We hope that you will still be able to join us for this exciting event. 

Also, we are still looking for volunteers, if you can help please let us know. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. We look forward to seeing you at the Fall Festival.
