GCS family sign-up form to have lunch with their 1st-grade through High School students. This opportunity is first-come-first-served so if the slot is filled please select a different date. Please no more than one visit per week. Each lunch cost of $10.00 will be collected at the top of this form and must be paid to confirm your reservation.
