Dear GCS family members, 

I hope each of you had a wonderful Thanksgiving Break with friends and family. One of the great things about being part of GCS is the nice breaks we get during the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter seasons.  It is a great time to rest, reflect and recharge. In just three weeks we will take our much-deserved Christmas vacation!!  

As you may know, tomorrow November 29, is Giving Tuesday, a global movement that encourages people to do good.  Giving Tuesday is held each year on Tuesday after Thanksgiving.  This year we are making a concerted effort to reach out to all faculty and parents and request that over the next week you prayerfully consider making a year-end gift to Gaston Christian School. Our board members have set an example by 100% participation in the Transforming Lives for God’s Glory campaign this year. What a tremendous blessing it would be to say that 100% of our parents have made a donation to the campaign as well.  There is a link below to give online.

While major gifts are very much appreciated, the most important thing is participation. If $20, $50, or $100 is all that you can do at this time, I say, “Thank  You” for participating. Please join me in making this capital campaign a huge success with your participation.
