2024-25 Dance Classes are OPEN
Mondays – Grades 3-9 – 3:15-4:15 pm – Combo Class – This class focuses on ballet & jazz technique at the barre and in the center. Dancers will learn combinations & across the floor exercises to increase their strength and flexibility.
Wednesdays – Grades 1-2 – 2:45-3:45 pm – Intro to Dance – This class will focus on developing musicality, and technique. The class is designed to introduce fundamental body positions and establish proper ballet & jazz body alignment. Students will be given basic barre and across-the-floor exercises.
Thursdays – PreK3 to K 2:30-3:30 pm – Creative Movement – PreK-K – This class will encourage self-discipline and confidence while working on rhythm, coordination, and spatial relations in ballet, tap & gymnastics skills.
Welcome Bethany London – Our New Dance Instructor
Bethany London began dancing at the age of 3. She found her love for dance & teaching throughout her years of ballet company performances, student teaching, competitions & conventions. She now owns & operates her dance studio, Fine Line Dance Company, as well as teaching at several studios in the surrounding area. Bethany is looking forward to beginning with GCS & working with all of its young artists.
