Middle School Concert Chorus on the Road

Middle School Concert Chorus on the Road

On Monday, May 16, nineteen members of the Middle School Concert Chorus boarded the GCS bus for their first concert “tour.” Students traveled to several assisted living facilities in the Gastonia area: Carillon, Brookdale, and Terrace Ridge, singing selections from their spring concert. Residents enthusiastically thanked the students for sharing their talents with them, especially their rendition of If I Only Had a Brain. A special thanks to Mrs. Pursley, choral director, Mrs. VanZant, accompanist, and Mr. Erwin, our bus driver.
